Join Shakti for a weekend to rest, relax, and renew your mind, body, and spirit. Enjoy your stay in a gorgeous beach house overlooking the ocean and just footsteps from the sand. We will have daily morning meditation, yoga, and plenty of time to play and rest. This weekend is a time to disconnect with all of the external distractions (even our phones for a bit) and to soak up and connect with the ever present beauty around you. 

During our 2017 retreat to Gulf Shores, we got to see the sunset and the full moon rise and dolphins play during practice. We had 80 degree weather, delicious food, and bonfires every night. This retreat is a magical weekend away worth planning ahead for!

Accommodations & Rates

ACCOMMODATIONS

A three-night stay at one of two beachfront properties on Fort Morgan Peninsula. Double and single occupancies are available in each room, and there is a couple rate available to those who can pay together for one room. Rooms are given on a first come basis.

Six (6) yoga classes, a daily morning meditation, and seven (7) meals are included with your stay.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation to Gulf Shores from your originating city is not included in the pricing. There is a direct flight via Southwest from Nashville to Pensacola, Florida, which is an hour drive from our stay in Fort Morgan. Driving from Nashville to Fort Morgan is roughly 7 hours. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The $250 deposit is non-refundable. Refunds (minus your deposit) may be granted if requested no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the retreat.

Program Schedule 

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 2ND 

Check-in is at 1pm with a welcome yoga practice to help get you grounded in your new space, followed by dinner provided by one of our chefs. You will have time to relax, get settled, and spend the evening by the ocean connecting with fellow travelers. 

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD

We will begin with a morning meditation time for beach walks and coffee, then head to the Gulf for our group yoga practice and lunch. We will come back to the beach houses for play time and a restorative practice followed by dinner and time to unwind and relax. 

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH 

We will begin the day with beach meditation and practice followed by breakfast and time to lay out, walk the beach or read. We will even be offering a second yoga practice at The Gulf Restaurant for those that would like to attend, followed by lunch. That evening we will enjoy another delicious dinner together. 

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH

Breakfast will be provided this morning before heading home. We are also offering an early morning yoga practice for all of those that can attend. Check out time is at 10am.
