We'll begin with a Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony, a plant long associated with meditation, intuition, and deep relaxation, before settling into a guided Yoga Nidra practice—a form of yogic sleep that invites profound rest while gently planting intentions for the lunar cycle ahead.

We'll close the evening with crystal singing bowls, giving ourselves space to simply receive.
