all classes mask optional

Thank you for being here & practicing with Shakti as we take COVID-19 policies and decision making one step at a time. We have our eye on national and local updates so we can make the most informed decisions for our community.

Beginning FRIDAY, april 1st

Based on the decrease in COVID-19 transmission in Athens-Clarke County, the high rate of vaccination among our community, and the support of our students moving forward with a mask optional policy, Shakti will be offering all classes mask optional, and some classes vaccine required.

+ Shakti will require that students bring a physical copy or a photo copy of vaccine records to Vaccine Required classes. A negative test but no vaccine does not qualify at this time. Bring your proof of vaccination once, and we will save it in your profile.

+ We commit to offering transparent communication about our policies, placing your health & safety as our #1 priority, and welcoming student feedback. Submit feedback here.

+ All Shakti staff are vaccinated

+ Studio surfaces and props are disinfected multiple times daily between classes

Our asks of Shakti students:

Take care for yourself and do what makes you feel most comfortable, safe, and healthy. This mean if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask in any class, you're welcome to do so.
Hold yourself accountable to the integrity of our communal space and refrain from practicing in person if you feel ill. All Shakti classes are offered online!
