Power flow //

power hour

This heated class is inspired to ignite Shakti, the pure, boundless, creative energy within in each of us. These classes are all levels, with modifications and variations of the poses. The practice builds strength, improves flexibility, magnifies your body’s energy, and calms your mind by focusing on the present moment and breath.

* Heated Classroom // Classes every day, all week!

hip hop flow

Special power hour class set to the freshest beats. Song requests encouraged. Expect it to be loud and explicit.

*Heated Classroom // Wednesdays 7:15-8:30 pm

All the sweat and work of a power practice with all the elemental influence of Shiva Rea's Prana Vinyasa. This style is fluid in nature and serves to embody and emanate a particular element in each practice (i.e. Water, Earth, Air, Space, Fire).

* Heated Classroom // Mondays + Fridays 6:00-7:00 am

This vinyasa flow class is designed with ancient oriental medicine in mind and combines the anatomy of life force with the healing yin practice of yoga. Yin yoga is a practice of deep stretching, and when partnered with the knowledge of energetic meridians, offers a deeper connection to your center. Expect to leave class with newfound knowledge and a sense of equanimity in your body. This class is a perfect balance for the power yogi.

*Warm Classroom // Mondays + Wednesdays 8-9 am

flow & restore

This vinyasa is designed to center, nourish and restore. A sweet slow flow is followed by deep restorative postures (with assistance from props) and a luxurious, extended savasana. Leave feeling clear and refreshed.

*Warm Classroom // Tuesdays, Thursdays + Sundays 9:30-10:45 am

This unheated restorative class with long holds compliments our power practice by relieving soreness and accumulated stress, improving posture and awareness of breath, and lengthening specific muscles in order to reestablish their ideal tone. This class offers a nourishing, opening practice that incorporates props such as bolsters, tennis balls, and blocks to facilitate healing, the release of tight muscles, trigger points, and surrounding connective tissues.

*Unheated Classroom // Sundays 5:45-7:00 pm

Similar to Restorative classes, this method incorporates an added element of intentional meditation and body relaxation. This method has been developed over the past twenty-six years by Richard Miller, PhD, clinical psychologist, author, researcher and yogic scholar, and is uniquely suitable for a Western audience. Extensive research has shown that iRest effectively supports the healing process across a broad range of populations. Read more about this practice here.

*Unheated Classroom // Fridays 10:15-11:00 am // Limited Saturdays 11:00-11:45 am (April 15, May 20, June 17, July 15, August 12)

ashtanga primary series

This is an advanced practice and is advised that students have previous experience in vinyasa and/or ashtanga yoga asana. The Primary series as taught by K. Pattabhi Jois is practiced in its entirety at a group pace. This dynamic, precise, and progressive sequencing of yoga postures is accompanied by "free breathing with sound” as described by Sharath Jois. This practice quickly creates internal strength while resolving mental and structural imbalances. This class includes full and half lotus positions, arm balances, back bends, and headstands.

* Unheated Classroom // Tuesdays 5:45-7:15 pm

guided meditation

Immediately following the Ashtanga Primary Series, this class dedicates 10-15 minutes to Pranayama breathwork and 10-15 minutes to meditation.

* Unheated Classroom // Tuesdays 7:15-7:45 pm

Little Light Kid's Yoga (Ages 5-13)

Little Light Kids Yoga introduces asanas and breath work through games, music and fun activities intended to encourage body awareness, mindfulness and sense of connection. A short guided meditation is part of each practice.

* Unheated Classroom // Sundays 3:00-4:00 pm
