THE MOVES:

block transfers- start lying on your back, place your block or water bottle between your feet. Lengthen your feet to hover off the ground with straight legs and lengthen your arms back overhead to the ground then pike your hands and feet together and switch your block. Repeat!

HIIT:

high knees to “Truth Hurts” by Lizzo

bridge lift to “You Need to Calm Down” by Taylor Swift

push ups to “Walking Away” by Haim

squats to “Little of Your Love” by Haim
