Intuitive Eating & Yoga workshop with Emily

You are invited to reclaim your body, ditch dieting mentality, and create your own version of health. Emily is a grad student at UGA studying to become a registered dietician. Her desire to fuse her passions, coupled with her nurturing and grounded presence makes her the ideal guide for this work.

Pre-registration: $15 for members, $20 for non-members; Day of: $25
