Feel balanced in this power practice with all the elemental influence of Shiva Rea's Prana Vinyasa. This style is fluid in nature and serves to embody and emanate a particular element in each practice (i.e. Water, Earth, Air, Space, Fire).
Feel energized in this 50 minute HIIT inspired class that blends strength training, low-impact cardio and power yoga. This intentional combination builds muscle, works your heart rate, and empowers all fitness levels. Feel grounded by infusing the power yoga practice with longer yin holds and poses. This type of grounding work lengthens muscles, works through tightness and soreness, and calms the body and mind.
Feel renewed in this 45 minutes class of slow and intentional vinyasa followed by 15 minutes of deep restorative postures. The final 15 minutes are devoted to revival through deep rest, meditation, or pranayama (breathing exercises).

Community power hour
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE + YIN
Feel release by incorporating ball rolling myofascial release techniques with long-held yin poses to specifically target common problem areas. Great for those that need to specifically target problem areas.
Feel aligned in this beginner's class that focuses on the foundation of the power yoga practice as a whole as well as each individual posture. Practice breaking down the primary poses of a power sequence for mind/body recognition and excellent alignment. Use this class as an intro to your yoga practice or as a continual deepening for your practice.
Little Light Kid's Yoga (Ages 7-12)
Feel bright in this class that incorporates asanas and breath work through games, music and fun activities intended to encourage body awareness, mindfulness and sense of connection. A short guided meditation is part of each practice.
